I propose that Codefund now should abandon the score-rule at present, after all, this is a primary source with all problems such as never close any thread(s), publish cheating thread for gain score, etc, On other hand, we can't expect all friends to do that mentioned above, because anyone only login once for some urgent problem(s), or forgot that by any reason.
To fairly estimate someone who's actual expertizer, I propose to use the rule as below as possible:

1. If he(she)(楼主) initiates an interesting discussion. The administrator will promote his(her) score according to this thread's valuable and how many people attend this thread.
2. Increasing his(her) score according to he(she) writed a valuable article with certain technic.
3. If someone always siliently works with certain forum for solving some complex or complicated problems, for this, the administrator should publish a thread to announce he(she)'d offers or shares more experiences, however, we should vote for him(her) for increasing score or levels.
